Franchising FAQs
Where are the current franchise opportunities?
Our goal is to open the initial franchise locations in Florida, focusing primarily on the Greater Tampa Bay area to start, in an effort to provide the highest level of support to our new owners.
Am I expected to work in my Gigglewaters restaurant?
Absolutely! We know that the more engaged our owners are, with their finger on the pulse of their business, the greater their chance for success. So we require that our owners be involved in the daily business, and do not allow passive investors. That being said, an owner operator could have partners in their franchise that are passive investors.
How much capital do I need to invest?
We require a minimum of $150K in liquid assets and a $1M net worth.
What is your Initial Franchise Fee and Ongoing Royalty Fees?
Our Initial Franchise Fee is $60,000, the Royalty Fee is 5% of Gross Sales and the Ad Fund is 1% of Gross Sales.
Will I have a protected territory?
Yes. There is a 5 mile radius of protection in our agreement, which prohibits another Gigglewaters from being located within that radius.
Do I receive training from Gigglewaters?
Without question. We have a comprehensive, 4 week training program where we’ll teach you all facets of the business. That training takes place in our flagship location in Safety Harbor, and then additional on-site training will be provided at your Gigglewaters location.
How do I get started with the process?
Simply complete and submit the brief inquiry form below now and our Franchise Development Rep will contact you shortly.
